Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at OPHEENA.

30-DAY RETURNS You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

FINAL SALE ITEMS For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, earrings, and any beauty or skincare product that has been opened or used.

HOW TO START A RETURN Email us at shopopheena@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns cannot be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.

REFUNDS Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We'll email you confirmation when it's on the way.
