PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days within the United States, depending on the item and destination. Some items may arrive in separate packages — don't worry, the rest is on its way.

TRACKING Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, email us at shopopheena@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

DELAYS Occasionally, shipments may be delayed by carriers, customs, weather, or high-demand periods (holidays, sales events). We appreciate your patience — and if your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll make it right.

WRONG ADDRESS Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped, and we cannot refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

LOST PACKAGES If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve it.
